Perfect for the couple who has done the planning but wants a pro to bring it all together. We step in 6–8 weeks before the wedding to manage vendors, confirm timelines, and run the show.
What to expect:
- Initial consultation
- Access to consultant beginning 30-60 days out (depending on package booked)
- Wedding day timeline
- Custom 2D event layouts for every aspect of the event (i.e. pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.)
- One details meeting 30-60 days out
- Vendor recommendations + coordination
- Site visit to discuss layout and logistics
- Helpful resources including: wedding planning timeline & checklist, gratuity etiquette guide, beauty schedule, access to our "Know and Trust " vendor list, various forms to facilitate planning process
- Marriage license information
- Assistance with hotel room blocks
- Rehearsal coordination
- On-site day-of coordination
- One additional day-of assistant

For our Full-Service Experience, we recommend booking X months before your wedding date. For Essential Coordination, X months minimum is ideal, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
What if we already have some vendors booked?
Perfect! Our wedding coordinator services work seamlessly with vendors you've already selected. We'll coordinate with your existing team and can help fill in any gaps where you still need recommendations.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! While we're based in Oklahoma, we love destination weddings and are happy to travel. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
What's your payment structure?
We require a retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due according to a payment schedule we'll outline in your contract. We'll discuss all investment details during your consultation.
